Tullio, founder and Director of Waste Reduction Group Inc., has over 20 years experience in the waste management and recycling industry.

He began his career as a University of Toronto student starting and organizing various environmental groups and committees and taking on summer jobs in the same field and working for NGOs, the Ministry of National Resources and the Ministry of Environment and Energy. In 1994 he completed an honours degree in Environmental Sciences.

Tullio has completed both the Sales & Management courses with Dale Carnegie Business Group and has a College Certificate in Environmental Entrepreneurship from Niagara College.

After working a few years in the public sector, specializing in waste management and environmental services, he moved to the private sector where he worked in sales, and later progressed to General Manager of a medium sized private waste management firm in Toronto where he implemented countless recycling and waste reduction programs for various private and public sector clients.

In 2001, Tullio incorporated Waste Reduction Group to better service local businesses and the public sector who wanted to be the best within their industries at recycling and reducing waste.

Tullio has given presentations on waste management and recycling at York University, the University of Toronto and the City of Toronto, to both academic and facilities staff. He has also supervised several 4th year independant research projects for credit on waste and recycling at The University of Waterloo, and University of Toronto, and has worked with countless other student groups on various projects over the years.

In his spare time Tullio enjoys ice hockey, ball hockey, soccer and running, and has organized various company teams and charity running events. Tullio also enjoys traveling listening to music, and the great outdoors.

Stephen is a professional Engineer with degrees in Environmental Engineering & Biology from the University of Guelph and University of Toronto, respectively. He has over 15 years of consulting experience. Stephen specializes in conducting waste audits an waste reduction work plans, acoustic assessments, audits and noise abatement action plans, Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling (ESDM) Reports and annual environmental reporting requirements (NPRI, O.Reg127).
 
Stephen has experience conducting projects for a variety of clients including, but not limited to, chemical, foundry, automotive, high tech, food, textile, printing, secondary metal smelting, municipal (wastewater, water), waste transfer stations, retail establishments, office buildings & property managers and educational institutions. He also has experience in noise emissions monitoring as well as air emissions and ambient air monitoring projects for a variety of pollutants including odour, particulate matter, metals, acid gases, THC, VOCs, dioxin/furans and PAHs.

Stephen has been working with WRG for many years and while his primary role is as a consultant, he is also fully trained and qualified to work with customers on their waste management and recycling needs.

In his spare time Stephen enjoys traveling, running, fishing, playing golf, and home renovations.

Ted is an independent consultant specializing in operations improvement and business development. Ted is a certified project management professional and completed his MBA at the University of Victoria in 2004. As an undergraduate at Queen's University in Kingston he completed his degree in engineering physics.

Before joining Waste Reduction Group as a Senior Associate, Ted was a Senior Consultant with KPMG where he specialized in process improvement and project management. Prior to consulting Ted worked several years in the automotive industry, in both Detroit, Michigan and Oshawa, Ontario, as a design engineer and production supervisor.

Ted has worked in Quebec City and Kyoto, Japan and furthered his studies in South Korea.

In his spare time Ted enjoys playing ice hockey, soccer and going to the Opera. He also enjoys practicing the French Language and eating out at restaurants.

His primarly role is as a consultant be he also bids on tenders.

Philip has a proven track record of successfully growing businesses. He has owned and operated his own businesses and is a long time Director of Franchise Bancorp Inc. chairing the Audit and Compensation committees and is a Director of Global Pet Food Stores Inc.. Most recently he has worked with the AIIM Group as Vice President / Director of Operations , James River (Canada Cup/Dixie Cup) as  General Manager of the Specialty and Promotional Division and Graphic Web (a division of Quebecor) as President and General Manager.
